The Fitness Project
The Fitness Project gives an individual education, consistency, and progressive overload approach to the fitness side of our movement capability. This is done by hitting goals and keeping those goals achieved in every chapter of life. The Fitness Project should be utilized to assure vitality and longevity for prescribing exercise, physical activity, and health habits which will only bolster you against chronic disease and assure you know how to live a long and healthy life.
This service includes the follow:
- Initial function and fitness assessment
- Healthy history (history, goals, and prescriptions/recommendations)
- Recommendations based on function and fitness assessment
- Educational videos, blogs, and webinars
- App, programming, and weekly questionnaires
- Monthly meetings and performance log discussion with Coach
